Am 01.12.2021 ist das Telekommunikation-Telemedien-Datenschutzgesetz ("TTDSG") in Kraft getreten. Unsere Mitglieder stellen ihre Mess-Systeme entsprechend um. Die Nutzungsdaten sind während der Übergangsphase und bis zum vollständigen Abschluss der Migration auf ein datenschutzkonformes Messsystem eingeschränkt vergleichbar, weil Angebote unterschiedliche Formen der Einwilligungs-Einholung für das Setzen von Cookies verwenden und Nutzungsdaten aus einem pseudonymen, einwilligungsbasierten Messsystem und dem neuen Messsystem für die Zensusmessung parallel ausgewiesen werden. Bitte beachten Sie: 1. Die tatsächliche Nutzung eines Werbeträgers kann höher sein als ermittelte Werte, die durch eine Einwilligungs-Einholung beeinflusst sind. Auch die Verwendung der unterschiedlichen Messsysteme kann einen Einfluss auf die Nutzungsdaten haben. Voraussichtlich Ende März 2022 ist die Migration auf die datenschutzkonforme Messung abgeschlossen. Für einen verbleibenden Teilbereich wird der Visit vor der Ausweisung anhand eines methodisch-empirischen Verfahrens, für das die Zensusmessung maßgeblich ist, berechnet. Eine Kennzeichnung der Angebote, die diesem Verfahren schon angeschlossen sind, findet in der Übergangsphase nicht statt. Ab dem Ende der Migrationsphase werden die Visits der Angebote in der IVW-Ausweisung primär nach diesem Verfahren berechnet. 3. Mit der Umstellung auf das datenschutzkonforme Messsystem entfällt die bisherige Differenzierung zwischen inländischer und ausländischer Nutzung bei den Leistungswerten in der Einzelangebotsansicht unserer Ausweisung. Die gesamte Nutzung wird dort bis auf Weiteres ohne Differenzierung in der Kategorie "Anteil Inland" und "Gesamt" dargestellt.
